Planet Movie Card Policy
Israel Theaters Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: "Planet" and/or "Cinema Chain") is the issuer of Planet Movie Card (hereinafter referred to as: "Membership Card" and/or "Card") which can be charged for movie tickets for any movie offered by Planet, and redeemed in compliance with the terms defined by this policy.
Planet membership is issued in the form of a plastic card with a magnetic strip or a personal membership number provided at the time of purchase from a Planet ticket office, online, or through the app or customer service center.
Membership card packages can be renewed or recharged (payment required) at any Planet ticket office, online or through the app.
Membership cards are for use by private customers only.
Tickets on membership cards can be redeemed by swiping your plastic card at Planet ticket offices or automatic ticketing stations, or by entering your membership number in the space provided on the booking page online or through the app.
Two types of movie membership packages are available: a Six-Ticket Membership Package or a Ten-Ticket Membership Package, as detailed below:
Six-Ticket Membership Package for 243 NIS
The price and package include advance booking service online or through the app. No more than two tickets may be redeemed per day.
Eight-Ticket Membership Package for 316 NIS
The price and package include advance booking service online or through the app. No more than five tickets may be redeemed per day.
Ten-Ticket Membership Package for 385 NIS
The price and package include advance booking service online or through the app. No more than four tickets may be redeemed per day.
Membership value is determined by the membership ticket package and not by regular Planet ticket prices.
Valid Sunday-Saturday at all Planet cinemas.
Membership cards may be used at Rav Chen cinemas (Please note: Rav Chen membership cards will not be honored at Planet cinemas).
*Membership cards are valid for 2D movies in regular movie theaters only. Cards may be upgraded at the time of booking to 3D, 4DX, IMAX and ScreenX tickets for an extra fee per movie ticket, as detailed below:
3D Glasses Policy
After the movie, keep your 3D glasses home to save buying a new pair for your next 3D movie at Planet.
Please note:
* Scratched or faded glasses can impair their three-dimensional effect and your viewing experience. If this is the case, discard the old pair and purchase a new pair of 3D glasses at the cinema counter (5 NIS per pair of 3D glasses).
* Planet is not responsible for any problems that occur with your 3D glasses after you have used or taken them out of the cinema complex. We therefore recommend you check your glasses immediately after purchase.
* Please note that 3D glasses are effective only in cinemas with 3D technology identical to that employed in the cinema where the glasses were purchased.
Other terms:
No refund, credit or replacement tickets will be issued to membership cardholders in place of unused or uncollected tickets after booking.
Planet and Rav Chen will honor membership cards based on the membership package: namely, no more than four tickets per day for a Ten-Ticket Membership Package, no more than five tickets per day for a Eight-Ticket Membership Package and no more than two tickets per day for a Six-Ticket Membership Package. This also applies to online orders.
Membership cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. No refund, credit or replacement ticket will be issued after a membership package has expired, unless the membership card is recharged with a new membership package together with renewal of the membership card. In such a case, the new membership package extends the validity of any existing tickets on the card for one year from date of renewal.
In the case of a card recharged with a new membership package, the original membership package will determine the policy on any remaining tickets from the original membership package. New membership policy applies only after all tickets from the original package have been redeemed.
Membership cards are non-exchangeable for any other Planet product or service. Membership cards have the same status as cash, and no refund, credit or replacement card will be issued in the event of a lost or stolen card.
Damaged or falsified cards will not be honored.
Remaining balances on cards can be checked online at any time at www.planetcinema.co.il.
Planet reserves the right to terminate distribution of membership cards at any time. Notice of termination will be posted in Planet cinemas. In addition, Planet reserves the right to make changes to its list of participating cinemas with no advance notice, regardless of any effect on membership packages already purchased. No refund or credit will be issued in the event of a cinema closure.
In the case of a dispute, Planet’s computerized data processing system will determine the remaining balance on the card.
Any claim by a membership card holder and/or person who purchased the card, regarding product and/or service quality, failure to supply or late supply thereof, product price, or any other matter, should contact Israel Theaters at 09-9526262 or email them at: [email protected].
Planet’s Rules and Regulations constitute a binding agreement between membership card holders and/or the person who purchased the card and Israel Theaters Ltd.
Planet’s Rules and Regulations can be viewed online at www.planetcinema.co.il and at Israel Theaters Head Office at 91 Medinat HaYehudim Street, Herzliya Pituach.
Any dispute that arises between Rav Chen or Planet and a customer falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tel Aviv-Yafo court and shall be adjudicated according to the laws of the State of Israel.
Planet Gift Voucher Policy
Israel Theaters Ld. (hereinafter referred to as: "Planet" and/or "Cinema Chain") is the issuer of Planet Gift Vouchers (hereinafter referred to as: "Gift Voucher" and/or "Voucher") which are double ticket movie vouchers that can be redeemed in compliance with the terms defined by this policy.
Planet gift vouchers are issued in the form of a plastic card with a magnetic strip or a personal voucher number provided at the time of purchase from a Planet ticket office, online, or through the app or customer service center.
Gift vouchers can be renewed or recharged (payment required) at any Planet ticket office, online or through the app.
Tickets can be redeemed by swiping the gift voucher card at Planet ticket offices or automatic ticketing stations, or by entering the voucher number in the space provided on the booking page online or through the app.
Two types of gift vouchers are available: Double ticket gift vouchers for 2D movies in regular theaters and double VIP ticket gift vouchers. Voucher values are determined by voucher type and not by regular Planet ticket prices, as detailed below:
The price of a double ticket gift voucher is 99 NIS which includes advance booking service online or through the app. The price of gift voucher tickets is higher than regular tickets purchased at ticket offices (88 NIS), to allow for advance booking service online or through the app for the recipient’s convenience.
To avoid misunderstanding, no refund or credit will be issued if a recipient chooses to redeem his or her voucher through the ticket office rather than online or through the app.
Gift vouchers are valid Sunday-Saturday at any Planet cinema complex. Gift vouchers may be used at Rav Chen cinemas. The voucher cannot be redeemed on special events.
The voucher is valid for two years from the day of purchase.

The price of a double VIP ticket gift voucher for VIP All INCLUSIVE in Rishon Lezion and Haifa: 317 NIS
The price of a double VIP ticket gift voucher for VIP LIGHT in Zichron Ya'akov and Beer Sheva: 173 NIS
which includes advance booking service online or through the app. The price of gift voucher tickets is higher than the regular price for tickets purchased at ticket offices to allow for advance booking online or through the app for the recipient’s convenience.
To avoid misunderstanding, no refund or credit will be issued if a recipient chooses to redeem his or her voucher through the ticket office rather than online or through the app.
Double VIP ticket gift vouchers are valid on 2D and 3D movies only. This offer is not valid for special screening events.
These vouchers are valid Sunday-Saturday at Planet VIP cinemas.
The voucher is valid for two years from the day of purchase.
Entry to VIP complexes for every guest under the age of 18 is only permitted accompanied by a parent.
