Rules of conduct for visitors to the Planet and Rav Hen cinema chain

 Rules of conduct in the cinema sites 

  • Adequate behavior must be maintained in the Planet and Rav Hen sites in general and in the movie theaters in particular.

  • The instructions and guidelines of the managers and ushers in the cinema must be obeyed.
  • You will not be allowed to enter the Planet and Rav Hen sites without wearing shoes, sandals or flip-flops.
  • pets are not allowed, excluding Guide dogs
  • Climbing on the puppets or ropes that fence the puppets is prohibited.
  • Verbal or physical violence must not be practiced towards the audience / cinema staff in the sits.
  • Do not enter the places allowed only for employees.
  • Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the sites and in all halls (including electronic cigarettes).
  • Entering the sites with a weapon upon presentation of a permit from the Israel Police.
  • Age limit - it is not possible to enter below the age limit set by the Council for Films and Plays.

Food and Beverages in Movie Theaters

  • Planet and Rav Hen have for many years honored the Consumer Protection Law and have enabled customers to enter movie theaters with food and beverages similar to those sold at the cinema snack bar. Examples include chips, popcorn, soft drinks in plastic bottles only, candy, etc.
  • Fast foods such as pizza, hamburgers or falafel, as well as hot meals, sandwiches or other cooked items, may disturb other customers due to factors such as smell, spillage, etc. and may not be brought into the movie theaters.
  • Entry to Planet and Rav Hen sites with glass bottles is prohibited.
  • Bringing alcohol into the sites is prohibited 
  • Entry to the cinema may be subject to a bag search to enforce the prohibition on bringing in prohibited food items. Refusal to perform such a search may result in visitors being denied entry to the cinema premises.

Cinema bar products

  • A complaints regarding food products purchased at the bar and consumed at the cinema should be addressed to the staff and / or managers of the cinema immediately after purchase.
  • Customer service will not handle complaints retroactively and no credit and/or compensation will be given for these products

Payment Terms
Tickets may be paid for by cash or credit card. The actual credit card must be presented at time of payment. Payment will not be processed without presentation of the actual credit card.

Conditions regarding halls:

  • Do not go on the stages and touch the screens/equipment in the complex.
  • Do not put your feet on the seats.

4DX Theater Policy

Pregnant women, children under the age of 4 or less than one meter tall, persons suffering from epilepsy, high blood pressure, heart problems, back problems or any other serious medical condition are prohibited from entering 4DX theaters. Children aged 4-7 are permitted to enter 4DX theaters with adult supervision only. The maximum permitted weight for 4DX seating is 120 kg.

VIP Complex Policy

Entry to VIP complexes is permitted 45 minutes before screening time. every guest under the age of 18 is permissible only with parental or guardian supervision. Menus are subject to change. Food and dessert buffets close half an hour after the beginning of the night’s last screening. All ages require a VIP entrance ticket. 

VIP LIGHT complex

Entry to VIP LIGHT is permitted 15 minutes before screening time. All ages require a VIP LIGHT entrance ticket. The ticket includes watching a movie with comfortable viewing chairs, a free movie buffet that includes: popcorn, nachos and drinks.
Please note that there is no age limit. Do not take food or drink out of the complex.

Theft, loss or damage

The cinema is not responsible in the event of theft, loss or any damage caused to your personal equipment.

All ages require an entrance ticket.

There is no entry into the cinema complex with animals, except for authorized guide and service dogs and upon presentation of a certificate

Interference with the normal course of events

 the company may at any time demand the eviction of a visitor from the premises and even remove him according to or during a screening in case of non-compliance with the provisions of the regulations in general and in case of interference with the normal course of the screening in particular, including in the case of wild or rude behavior. In such a case, the company will not be obligated to claim a refund or a replacement card for the visitor who was issued as mentioned, and the company reserves the right to demand from him any amount that it incurs as a result of the behavior of the visitor.

The company may change and amend the regulations from time to time at its discretion.

The company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse to admit any visitor who does not comply with the provisions of these regulations to the premises.
