CINEMA TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Rav Chen and Planet Online Booking’s Rules and Regulations: Advance Ticket Booking by Credit Card

1. Rav Hen and Planet websites (hereinafter referred to as: "Sites") enable online purchase of tickets (hereinafter referred to as: “Tickets") for movies and various events held at Rav Hen and Planet cinema complexes. The sites are owned and operated by Israel Theaters Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: "Planet")
2. Any person using the sites for information or any online operation (hereinafter: "Customer") declares and undertakes that he or she is aware of Planet’s Rules and Regulations as they pertain to the Sites and their terms of use, and agrees to adhere to them; and neither that individual nor anyone on his or her behalf may have any claim or suit directly and/or indirectly, against the Site owners and/or its operators and/or anyone acting on their behalf, except for possible claims regarding non-compliance with provisions of Planet’s Rules and Regulations as they pertain to the Sites.
    
3. “Any online operation” refers to any action performed online for the purpose of online ticket bookings.

Conditions for Site Use

1. Site use is permitted for any person who has a valid Israeli identity card or any company duly incorporated according to the laws of the State of Israel and officially registered with the Israeli Registrar of Companies and/or legal partnership registered with the Israeli Registrar of Partnerships; holds a credit card issued in Israel by one of the credit companies listed below and that was valid on the date of booking; in accordance with all terms of the purchase and full coverage of ticket prices; and having an authenticated email address.
    
2. Visa ICC, Leumi Card, Diners Club Israel Ltd., American Express Ltd. and Isracard Ltd. are all authorized credit card companies.
    
3. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, approval of the transaction by the credit card company issuing the card was used to make the online booking is a prerequisite for approval of any online operation.
    

Customer Details

1. When performing any online operation, customers will be required to enter the following information whenever relevant and requested by the system: first name, last name, full address, E-mail address and payment details.
    
2. The Site owners and/or their operators and/or anyone acting on their behalf are not and will not be responsible for any error made by a customer while entering information for the purpose of an online booking, including a customer's personal identification information. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, Planet reserves the right to cancel any such booking.
    
3. Providing false personal information is a criminal offense as stated in the Penal Law, 1977 and is strictly prohibited. Planet reserves the right to cancel, at its sole discretion, any online operation that emerges as or is suspected of fraudulent activity or intent, as well as the right to take any legal action and/or other measures at its disposal against any customer suspected of illegal conduct, including filing any claim for damages sustained by Planet.
    
4. Planet reserves the right to maintain possession of credit card details.

Online Booking

The following information will be provided on the Sites when booking tickets online: name of movie, list of cinemas where movie is featuring, available ticket dates and times, and ticket price.

Payment for Booking

The customer’s credit card will be charged immediately for payment of tickets, following approval by the credit card company.

3D Glasses Policy

After the movie, keep your 3D glasses home to save buying a new pair for your next 3D movie at Planet.

Please note:

• Scratched or faded glasses can impair their three-dimensional effect and your viewing experience. If this is the case, discard the old pair and purchase a new pair of 3D glasses at the cinema counter.
• Planet is not responsible for any problems that occur with your 3D glasses after you have used or taken them out of the cinema complex. We therefore recommend you check your glasses immediately after purchase.
• Please note that 3D glasses are effective only in cinemas with 3D technology identical to that employed in the cinema where the glasses were purchased.
• Planet gift vouchers do not necessarily include 3D glasses and may require the separate purchase of a pair of 3D glasses.

Cancellation Policy

(a) Bookings may be canceled no later than 14 days from the date of the transaction, provided cancellation is submitted within seven working days prior to the scheduled movie date and time. In the event cancellation does not conform to the above rule, cancellation will entail a cancellation fee of 5 percent of the value of the transaction or 100 NIS, whichever is lower;

(b) Bookings may be cancelled within seven working days prior to the scheduled movie date and time, but will entail a cancellation fee of 4.5 NIS per ticket. Such cancellations are possible with the exclusion of the following cases, which can neither be cancelled nor refunded:

1. Cancellation made within six hours from the scheduled movie time. For example, if a movie is scheduled to begin at 10:00 p.m., bookings may be canceled no later than 4:00 p.m.;
2. Tickets have been collected from the cinema ticket office by the customer or another person on the customer’s behalf and/or for customer;
3. Cinema usher has already scanned tickets;
4. Customer has already printed the tickets;

(c) The provisions of sections (a) and (b) above apply only in the case of online bookings. Bookings made at the cinema ticket office may be canceled within 14 days from the date of the transaction, provided cancellation is made within 14 working days prior to the scheduled movie date and time.

Additional Terms and Conditions

1. Online bookings including customer details will be processed and conveyed to Planet’s computerized data processing system using an encrypted SSL security protocol.
2. Planet’s computerized data processing system, which logs all online activity, will serve as the sole source of information verification.
3. All prices online are in New Israeli Shekels and include VAT.
4. In the event that factors and/or events not in the control of the site owners and/or its operators delay and/or prevent the sale of products and/or services of any kind, fully and/or partially and/or in any way, and/or the supply of products and/or services on a scheduled date and/or time, and/or if the computer systems and/or telephone systems and/or any communications system are damaged and/or malfunction, arising from illegal penetration of Sites and/or congestion on Sites and/or computer virus and/or any form of disruption on the Sites that prevents completion of the booking process, as a result of hostile and/or terror attacks and/or any act of God that prevents and/or disrupts the booking process, Planet reserves the right to cancel the booking, in whole or in part at its sole discretion. Planet reserves the right to cancel a booking in the event of a printing error including an error in the movie name, scheduled date and time, price, payment terms, or customer request for information. Planet invests resources and goes to reasonable lengths to prevent illegal Site penetration and protect users’ privacy. Customers hereby declare that they shall have no claim and/or demand and/or complaint against Planet on this matter, provided that Planet has indeed taken reasonable measures to prevent penetration and breach of privacy, as aforesaid.

Planet reserves the right to periodically change Planet’s Rules and Regulations as defined here, and any such change will be binding on any transaction that is processed after the amendment appears on the updated Planet’s Rules and Regulations page.

Rules binding both customer and Planet are solely those defined on the Rules and Regulation page of the Sites.

Any dispute that arises between Rav Chen or Planet and a customer falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tel Aviv-Yafo court and shall be adjudicated according to the laws of the State of Israel.

In rare cases there may be changes in reserved seating.

All ages require an entrance ticket.

Theaters inc. reserves the right to change the screening date and / or the screening site and / or cancel the screening of the film, at its sole discretion. If necessary, it will be possible to choose to redeem the tickets purchased for watching the film, on the date or on the newly set website, to redeem the tickets for another movie (depending on the availability available at the time), or to cancel the full refund production transaction. The customer will not have any claim and / or demand towards theaters regarding the change or cancellation of a notice.
